A personal training session provides tailored, one-to-one coaching designed to help individuals improve their fitness, skills, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Consultation & Goal Check-In A brief conversation to review progress, adjust goals, and ensure the session meets the client’s needs for the day. 2. Warm-Up & Movement Preparation Dynamic stretches, mobility work, and light activity to prepare the body, improve movement quality, and reduce injury risk. 3. Technical Coaching Targeted skill development such as boxing fundamentals, movement, pad work, footwork, combinations, or specific technical drills; all taught progressively and with clear coaching cues. 4. Strength & Conditioning Work Functional exercises to build strength, power, speed, and endurance. This may include circuit training, resistance work, cardio conditioning, or agility drills. 5. Personalised Coaching Feedback Real-time corrections, encouragement, and tailored guidance to help refine technique, improve confidence, and support long-term development. 6. Cool Down & Recovery Guidance Gentle stretches, breathing work, and recovery advice to support muscle repair and improve overall wellbeing. 7. Ongoing Support & Progress Tracking Regular updates on progress, personalised recommendations, and optional guidance on lifestyle, confidence building, and mindset.
