Competition boxers can start competing from the age of 10 years old. We advoate the importance of skills bouts as an introduction to competitive boxing which is a great way to get used to the atomosphere and the pressure of competition without the stress of winning or losing. We cater for all levels from skills bouts to open class Elite boxing.
